In this workshop with Linnaea we explore deeply connecting with the inner felt sense of the needs, deepening into the fullness of the needs and inviting the needs into their fullest expression. With individual coaching and intensive dyad work, we invite the fullness of needs consciousness to emerge. Through exercises, demos and dyad work we develop empathic presences for ourselves, for our jackals and for others.
